We’re always pleased to hear how our customers have found the experience of working with Treka, from the first conversations through to seeing their vehicles take shape on the production line.

Following a recent visit to our factory, the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) shared some fantastic feedback about their experience, highlighting the communication, teamwork and craftsmanship that have supported the project from the outset.

LCRCA also spoke about their excitement at seeing one of their new vehicles take pride of place at the entrance to the Bus Summit in Liverpool, where it will be showcased to visitors throughout the event.

From start to finish, we’ve been incredibly impressed with the way our contract has been managed. A huge thank you to everyone, who has overseen the project every step of the way, along with the engineering team for their professionalism and dedication. The communication throughout the entire process has been outstanding, keeping us informed and giving us complete confidence in the project. Seeing the vehicles in build has been fantastic, and we’re delighted that everything is progressing on schedule. It’s clear that this has been a real team effort, and the quality and commitment from everyone involved have really stood out. We’re especially thrilled that one of our vehicles will be given pride of place at the entrance to the Bus Summit in Liverpool. We look forward to it being showcased so prominently. We’re so pleased with both the vehicles and the service we’ve received that we’re keen to promote them as much as possible as a testament to the quality of the finished product. We’ve already had enquiries from other companies asking about the products and what it’s like to work with Treka, and we’ve had nothing but praise to share. I advised that we would also be delighted to welcome anyone interested in a factory visit to see the vehicles for themselves and experience the quality and craftsmanship firsthand.
