Operating a dedicated flow-line production process, the facilities mirror OEM standards on a smaller, more agile scale. We handle each stage of the build process in house, right here in the UK – ensuring consistently high standards, faster lead times and total control over every aspect of vehicle manufacturing.
At Treka, we manufacture our fibreglass components on-site, which gives us full control over the strength, finish and fit of every panel and interior surface. It also helps us to make our vehicles lighter, more durable and easier to clean, as well as being quick to repair. Our specialist fibre glassing skills, which are increasingly hard to find, are preserved and developed through active investment in training and recruitment. This sets Treka apart, underpinning our engineering strength and reputation for safety, quality and performance.
We don’t rely on third parties for our key components. Treka produces many of its parts in-house, ensuring each one is made to exacting standards. This approach allows us to maintain consistently high quality across our range and make adjustments quickly in response to customer feedback and operational requirements.
