A Two-Model Range

The new CitySprint line-up will launch with two models:

  • CitySprint 7 – capacity for up to 22 passengers with one wheelchair space within the 7.4 M length. Compact, highly manoeuvrable, and cost-efficient, it’s ideal for rural routes, community services, and urban DRT operations.
  • CitySprint 8 – capacity for up to 26 passengers and up to two wheelchair spaces, making it the only van conversion in the UK to offer this level of accessibility. This extended design is ideal for shuttle services, private fleets, and capacity-critical operations, and is 8.1 meters long.

Developed by Treka, a market leader in van-based conversions, the CitySprint combines Treka’s proven craftsmanship with the Woodall Nicholson Group’s expertise in low-floor vehicles to meet the needs of demand-responsive transport (DRT), community transport operators, and shuttle or last-mile services.

At its core, the CitySprint is built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter platform, offering proven durability, nationwide service coverage, and easy maintenance. A true single-step entry and spacious low-floor area provide smooth, accessible boarding for all passengers, including those with reduced mobility.

With production and engineering based in the United Kingdom, Treka is investing in British jobs and strengthening domestic supply chains. Importantly, CitySprint will be available from stock from January 2026, providing operators with a faster and more dependable route to fleet renewal, supported by UK parts supply and aftercare.

Models are either Class A or Class 1 (depending on specification) compliant, featuring low-entry access and fully compliant gangway dimensions for safe and inclusive movement throughout.
Standard equipment includes LED destination displays (front and side), USB charging points at every row, cab and saloon air conditioning and heating, GSRII Mercedes-Benz systems, reverse camera, and lift-up roof hatch.

A wide range of options will allow operators to tailor vehicles to their needs — including PSVAR specification, camera and AV systems, and styling upgrades such as body-coloured bumpers, skirts, grilles, and tinted glazing.
