Treka is excited to share the delivery of three brand new Mobility buses to Redcar and Cleveland Council, continuing a trusted partnership. These new additions will help the council provide vital Home to School Transport for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring students can travel safely and comfortably to their local Learning Centre.

Each bus has been purpose-built to support individuals on designated routes, featuring 16 seats and space for up to six wheelchairs. With front entry access and full climate control, tail lift and barrier arm these vehicles are all about comfort, accessibility, and ease of use for all passengers and drivers.

Redcar and Cleveland Council has long relied on Treka’s dependable vehicles, with Treka buses now making up 75% of their fleet. This latest investment shows the council’s continued commitment to inclusive, high-quality transport and highlights Treka’s ability to deliver the right vehicle, at the right value, to help meet the real needs of their local community.
